Gosh, that was really awful about the miners getting killed in West Virginia yesterday. There is an article about the disaster in the New York Times, and I saw a report on CNN at the doctors office, and on the BBC. It was in the Appalachian Mountains in a small town near Charleston, West Virginia. There is also an article about the sex scandal in the Catholic Church, a priest charged in the US is still serving in India, according to the New York Times, the priest assaulted a 14-year old girl in Minnesota. The case in Minnesota happened six years ago, according to the New York Times. Also President Obama is getting ready to sign a deal in Prague limiting the use of nuclear weapons. The priest in the article in the New York Times is from India. We're getting alot of priests from India because we have a priest shortage in the United States. The priest, Father Joseph Palavinel Jeyapaul was working in Crookston, Minnesota. I forget the name of the place in West Virginia where the mining disaster took place but it was interesting as my grandfather was born in West Virginia. The mining disaster took place in a town called Montcoal. What a sad state of affairs! It's time for me to stop blogging for tonight, I'm really tired, it's been a long day and I have a long day tomorrow.
